With a PhD in Architecture and more than 15 years experience in Human Computer Interaction research, the interface of information technology and the built environment is his core research area. Within the field of Adaptive Architecture, he has focused on audio-visual communication technologies that are embedded in physical architecture with the aim to create hybrid spatial topologies. Currently, he is exploring the nature of the embodied relationship between inhabitants of a building and their adaptive surroundings which are driven by personal data. www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~pszhms/Holger_Schnadelbach_-_Research/Research_%26_Projects.html
